She offers 1-2-1 personal training sessions and leads strength and conditioning group classes across multiple locations in Waltham Forest. With expertise in lower back pain management, resistance training, pre/post-natal fitness, and clinical exercise, Siobhan provides tailored guidance to help clients feel stronger, more confident, and pain-free.
